This account will also be set as the owner of the scanned file. If you select the MyQ Print Server service option, the rights for access to the destination folder have to be provided to the account under which the MyQ service runs. The Connect as parameter determines in which way the scan will be stored in the folder: You can use the following parameters: %username%, %fullname%, %date%, %originalSubject%, %ipaddress%, %scanId%, %counter%, %usernotes%, %printerName%, %location%, %serialNumber%, %assetNo%, %printerContact%. In the Destination folder field, type or browse and select the destination folder. Scans are sent to the folder specified here.
